Swedish Massage is a deeply relaxing full body
massage that effectively relieves mental and physical
stress, improves circulation, oxygenates the blood, and
detoxifies the body.
Deep Tissue Massage targets specific muscle groups
to release stubborn muscle tension, alleviate chronic
pain, improve posture and break up scar tissue.
Sports Massage prepares the athlete for peak performance
and endurance by increasing flexibility and range of motion,
relieving swelling, and toning the muscles.
Acupressure / Shiatsu removes energy blockages
to stimulate the body’s natural balance and strengthens
the immune system to improve organ function and increase
vitality.
Foot and Hand Reflexology is a technique that
stimulates and soothes the entire body by massaging specific
points of the hands and feet – it feels amazing!
Thai Yoga Massage stretches, Lomi Lomi and conscious
breath work.

Lifetimes gone by, Erick Cappelletti would
have been a village shaman, high up in the Andes, healing
the sick and those who came seeking spiritual guidance.
He would have been a a gypsy flamenco performer traveling
throught the Andalucian region of Spain, uniting all in
celebration with his music. Or maybe a local Bolognese
hat maker, giving all men the opportunity to cover their
heads in dignity.
