Certificates will be awarded to participants who complete all of the course requirements.
Graduates are elligable to receive recognition from the Yoga Alliance.

Requirement for Admission:
We ask that you have been practicing Yoga for at least one year
and that you are familier with the Ashtanga Primary Series.

Cost:
Residential rate w/ room & board: $2,995.
(Shared room)
Non-Residential rate:
$1,995. Breakfast and Lunch are included in the Non Residential rate.
Registration Deposit: $400.

Schedule:
7:30-8:15 am: Vedic Fire Ceremony and Morning Meditation
8:15-10:00: Asana and Breathwork
10:00: Breakfast
11:00-11:30: Karma Yoga
11:30-12:15: Sanskrit class
12:15-1:00: Yoga Philosophy & Chanting
1:00-1:45: Light Lunch
2:00-3:30: Lecture & Discussion
3:30-4:00: Afternoon Tea - Garden / Sun deck
4:00-5:50: Asana Technique & Anatomy
6:30: Dinner
7:30-8:00: Vedic Fire Ceremony and Evening Meditation (Wed & Thu)
8:00-9:00: Evening Program / Kirtan Chanting (Wed & Thu)

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 7:30am - 6:30 pm
Wednesday & Thursday, 7:30am - 6:30 pm and 7:30 - 9:00 pm
Saturdays: July 25, August 1, and 8 are rest days - no classes.
Sunday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The first day of class is 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 18th.
The Training will end at 4:00 pm on Saturday, August 15th.
Residential students may arrive on July 16 or 17.
Residential students may depart on August 16.

A textbook and manual fee of $50. will be due the first day of class.
