9:00- 10:30 am, Mellow Ashtanga Flow workshop
9:00-11:00, Breakfast
11:00-1:00 pm, Massage, swim, free time
1:00 Lunch
1:00 - 5:00 pm, Massage,
swim, free time
5:00 - 6:30 pm, Evening restorative
yoga, breathwork, sunset meditation
6:30 pm, Dinner
8:00 pm, Evening Gathering: Music, Kirtan, etc.
